Coursey Station was very clean. The people were very, very nice. The residents there were wonderful. It was located in a decent neighborhood and I didn't see any downfalls. Everything was positive. I met the property manager, Danielle, and she was wonderful. She helped me fill out the application due to my broken shoulder. She wrote everything down for me, mailed it out, and she was a big help. And I've been in touch with her every week to see where I am on the waiting list. You would have your own apartment, so there was no food offered. You cook for yourself. The place was almost brand new. It was immaculate. The landscaping was beautiful. The security was very tight. It was just a wonderful place. The courtyard was beautiful. There was a walking porch all around the entire building that was covered, so you could get out and walk every day, whether it was snowing or not.
