The rooms are okay, except for the bedroom stays very very cold in the living room is completely different temperature. The staff management very rude. Put blinds up. Keep the doors locked a lot of the time. They do absolutely nothing when your tires are slashed. They asked you well What do you want me to do? Your job. My property was destroyed while on your parking lot. I paid rent here for 2 years. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies and that person probably cut my tires. I cannot say enough about how bad this place is. It's my worst nightmare. I was supposed to stay here with my blind husband for the rest of my life now that I have no choice but to move unless I want to take a chance of getting sliced up. Management is doing absolutely nothing. Please take my advice and stay away. It's not worth it. It really ain't

I toured The Cascades of Frederick. I like the Cascades. That was a beautiful community. The staff was pretty good. They're professional but were not able to see an apartment. It wasn't available at that time to see. We had made an appointment, and we came from DC to look. Cascades was nice, it looked nice, the grounds and everything were nice, but she could only show us the model, and what we were looking for, we couldn't see. The dining area was presentable.

The Cascades of Frederick was nicer than the other place I toured. The staff was very nice. The rooms were very nice. It's a brand-new building. They had a rec room, a library-type room where you can go in and read books, and a small exercise room. If I was going to stay in Maryland, I probably would go there.

The tour at The Cascades of Frederick was great. They were professional. The facility is brand new. The apartments were very nice. It's not in the downtown part of Frederick. It's very quiet. It has a lot of nice common areas. They have a lot of grass and places where you can sit out and relax. It has an enclosed dog park. So if you want a more quiet or secluded place, I would say The Cascades of Frederick is better.

The Cascades of Frederick is a beautiful place. Everything that a senior is looking for, they will find in that place like the lounge, the arts and crafts room, and the salon for just a hair fix. It's a beautiful, beautiful place. They have a one-bedroom. The only thing you pay for is electricity. It has a washer and dryer already installed and a nice-sized kitchen. The cable is set up for you just to call and get your internet, so it was nice. They have an area where you can just come down and read your book and just relax. Then they have an outside spot for the garden. It would be a place where a senior would enjoy it.
