Overbrook Apartments is three stories high. All the units have a balcony or terrace. You can get from a studio to a three-bedroom unit. They have a laundry room on the facilities, and they also offer storage. They have a lot where you can park. They have hardwood floors. They're sort of old because they were built in the 1960s, but they appear to be well-maintained. It does have a stove and a refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a room where you could hold an event or something like that. There was a gas grill. They would offer passes to the swimming pool in their facility that they have in Ellicott City, but that part didn't interest me. It really looks nice. It is on the city-county line, but it looks sort of rural in a way because of the way it looks. The representative said that they have activities, maybe once a month, for the residents.
