I went to Park View at Fullerton. The size of the apartment was small because of my furniture, but the building and everything was nice. It mainly was the size that I was concerned about. I spoke with one of the managers, and he was very helpful. It's an independent living, so they didn't offer food. They had a laundry room and an exercise room. It was very clean and there was no clutter. It's easy access to the grocery stores and stuff like that and they offer shuttle rides to different places also.

Park View at Fullerton is government-subsidized affordable housing and residents who qualify pay rent based on their income. Apartments are cable-ready and include high-speed internet, and each unit has a pull-cord monitored by helpful staff. Park View has laundry facilities on-site, a community room, a library and a computer center. The courtyard and patio are furnished with tables and chairs that allow residents to enjoy the outdoors, and the on-site beauty salon/barbershop helps seniors look and feel their best. The Park View bus provides transportation for shopping and outings, and parking is provided for residents who drive.
