My mother ended up getting Covid and now she's going to have to stay in a nursing home forever. She's now in Heritage Care in Mason City, and she's also been there before. They're great and they do a very good job. The outside is great, but the inside, I can't say. Now with Covid, you can't even get in the door. The outside is all well-kept and well-done. They seem to have a really organized staff. One person answers the phone all the time in one department, so you don't get passed around. The social worker has been really helpful at getting things done like arrange the financing and those type of things. They seem to have adequate parking space. It's a brick-looking building that's neat and tidy and looks well taken care of.
