The Apartments are very nice and a great value for the area,. My Mother loves it at Wynbrooke! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Residents can partake in many events sponsored by the community and they often have pitch in meals etc… Seth (Property Manager) has been very active with the Resident and is truly in sync with their needs and requests.

I loved Wynbrooke Senior Apartments. It was nice. I liked it. They had everything that I wanted, but the apartment was kind of small. I'm still thinking about moving there eventually and just downsizing. It had everything that I wanted. It had a washer and dryer and it had a patio. And they had everything that my current place has like a coffee bar and an area where everybody gathers. They have the same kind of activities, like bingo and movies and all that kind of stuff. They have the same stuff here. They don't go about your income, but you don't have to pay for electricity or gas or anything like that. You just pay rent, so I think that's going to be better for me when I decide to move. The apartment was nice when I looked at it, but it was just small. And the ladies I talked to there were so nice because I've been there twice. Also, it was nice and neat when I was there. It was new, and nothing could be wrong with it right now.

Wynbrooke Senior Apartments was nice. The apartment was nice. I like the idea that the rooms are separated like one room was on one side of the apartment and the other one was on the other. The kitchen was really small. You really couldn't have two people in the kitchen at the same time. Other than that, the apartment was spacious. You had your own washer and dryer, which was great. But they only had two-bedroom-one-bath. I didn't like the idea that they let the pets on the furniture in the community area. That kind of really threw me off. And I didn't like the idea either that I had to pay an additional fee to park my car. They have like a parking lot fee or something, which I did not like. It's a smoke-free facility, too. I like the idea that I could pay my rent online. If you want maintenance, you have to do everything online. I like how they communicated with everyone. They did it on Facebook. But I'm not a big Facebook fan, so that would be very hard for me to know what's going on. They have a conference room, a fitness center, a recreation room, and a business center. In the back of the building, there are trails for hiking and bike trails, so you could do that. They have a balcony for each apartment. They have extra storage spaces inside the building where you could store some stuff, but there's an additional fee if you want that. They have a clubhouse, too. They have a communal lounge with a fireplace, and they have a community room that you could rent for family events. You don't have to take your own trash out. You just stick it outside your door, and they pick it up.
