The Retreat on Washington

I moved into The Retreat on Washington. So far, I love everything. My apartment is wonderful. The people that I have met so far have been so nice and so kind. I don't have any complaints. It's great. They have a gym. They don't provide meals. I have a two-bedroom apartment and I have a laundry room in my apartment. The best thing is I'm in a motorized wheelchair, and I could turn around in my hallway, in my bathroom, and in my bedrooms. There's just so much room, and for somebody in a wheelchair, it's fantastic. The staff is very, very nice. I did ask about activities, and they said that they did have people come in and play bingo, but when COVID hit they haven't been back. I asked the staff about playing cards, because where I moved from we played cards in the evening, and I don't have that anymore. It's just not there yet, but I am going to try to get something started.
