I moved to the senior apartments of Carriage House Glendale. They got me in as quickly as possible when I didn't feel that anyone else was even trying. I appreciated that because I was homeless. I am paying income-based. What I like least about it is that we have no gym, no swimming pool, and no physical activity at all. We have a coordinator here who serves lunch sometimes, and that's the only food that they have. They are renovating the building, so at the moment we've just got one building finished. We're getting granite countertops and brushed nickel faucets. The rooms could be a little bigger, and we do not have a dishwasher. The laundry room is shared, as we don't have private washers and dryers.
