My mother is at Aperion Care Demotte. So far, they have been excellent. The staff are excellent. I've seen the meals that my mother has been eating, and she enjoys them. I'm comfortable knowing that she is well taken care of and she's getting good therapy from the therapy department. She is clean every day and attired every day. She is able to go to the activities room and engage if she so desires. They are adhering to all the protocols and policies from my purview. They provide me with a text message on a weekly basis, keeping me abreast of not only what's going on in their facilities, but the area. They have staff at the entrance taking temperature and documenting. All of the staff adhere to wearing masks, as well as individuals coming into facility, and they make sure that you are aware of what their policies are in terms of social distancing with the residents even when you do visit.

this place is awful. It takes over 45 minutes just for them to answer a call light. Not enough help. I did hear they fired that administrator. I think her name was Kelly. That may be a move in the right direction.
