Half doors locks can't use key in. Elevators always breaking down. Staff never in office and can never get ahold of them. You basically paying for location. Apartments need updated. HVAC system get other people smells and heat. Building needs updating and become more handicap friendly

Parkview Senior Apartments is a very nice place. The person that I spoke to was very nice. I didn't see too many other residents while I was there. I guess they are in their rooms. There weren't very many people there and this kind of bothered me a little bit, but it was pretty clean. The people that took me on the tour were very nice. They have a game room and I think they have their librarians.

I toured Parkview Senior Apartments. It was a good tour. The lady who showed me around was very helpful. She showed me a one-bedroom room. It was in good shape and everything. It was really good. They had a couple of common areas. The staff I met there were really friendly. They're really good. It was nice. The only problem with it is that it was over an hour's drive away from where my family is.

Our tour of Parkview Senior Apartments was great. The building was very impressive and the individual who gave us the tour answered our questions and the information she gave was great. She was very wonderful and very helpful. She did a great job. The room was very nice and very inviting. They have bingo once a week and residents can come down and put puzzles together and play games. They have the flower boxes that the local hospital provides for the residents. That was a very nice touch. So, if a resident wants to have a flower box, they can request it and they can request what kind of plants they want to have.

My parents have been in Parkview Senior Apartments for four months now. The apartments are very spacious for them and they offer onsite garages. There are no social events or activities unless the people who live there organize them. They have a TV room and an exercise room, but my parents don't utilize them. They've got a library, which is nice. They've been trying to hire maintenance since they've been there. I think they have somebody hired now, but in between time, the carpets aren't very clean throughout the whole place. They don't have food. If you're 55 or older, you can sign the lease, but then anybody can live there with you, which I found very disappointing. It's not just for seniors. It's very hard for me to get in and out of the doors because the doors don't open well and they're heavy and they shut fast. They've knocked my mom down once because they shut so hard. I've gotten hurt going in and out. The doors haven't been kept up just because they don't have maintenance. There were just two people there, and they were very nice, but they didn't have the management capabilities that the place needed to have. There's not any follow-through on getting stuff done. It was three to four weeks before Mom ever got her post office box key. They didn't have any maintenance people and they were trying to do everything themselves. I'm very disappointed with this place. We had problems, but they did try to make it right. It's already a challenging ordeal, so even though they try to make it right, it made it more difficult. They need to improve their exits and entrances. It's dangerous for an elderly person and that's a very high priority for me, and then trash removal. The elderly people have to physically take their trash downstairs, take it through those doors, and try to get it in a dumpster and the top of the dumpster to get the trash in is higher than five feet. It's very difficult for them to get their trash in the dumpster. It says senior apartments, but to me, it's not geared towards seniors. They're just apartments. If you're an active senior and you don't have any disabilities whatsoever, I think it'd be a good place to live, and it's affordable. Because my parents are a little older and have some health issues, it's not a perfect fit for them.

Parkview Senior Apartments is very clean and comfortable, and it has good facilities. The staff was very helpful. They do not serve food. It's all independent; you cook your own. The common areas were very nice. There were several common spaces and indoor and outdoor areas to visit.
