I have a one-bedroom apartment at South Suburban Senior Housing. It is nice. I have my own stove, my own refrigerator, and everything. They provide Meals On Wheels and you could sign up for it. They also have a schedule that you can have. They have bingo on it and all kinds of activities that they have for the seniors. My apartment has a bathroom and a walk-in closet and they are nice. Everything about my apartment is gorgeous. We have a social worker who provides us with things that we need. She provides entertainment and bingo. She's also in charge if you need something like help with your rent. Some people need wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and equipment, and she provides places where we can go and get all of that. She's very instrumental in helping with your primary needs. The manager of the building is also here. When you need something, you could just ask her. It's five floors and it has elevators. There are lots of activities. I got involved in a computer class. They have exercises and line dancing. They charge according to your income. The janitor is not here 24 hours, although he can be reached.
