Mom required PT, OT and speech therapy after an extended hospital stay. Farmington Village was perfect. The hospital liason came to hospital to assess mom same day we called to inquire availability. Though the facility is older, it is spotless and well maintained. The staff was very attentive, treating mom with kindness and patience. The food was good, not at all bland hospital fare. The PT, OT and speech therapy was outstanding. I had peace of mind with mom staying there. The Christmas decorations were warm and cozy. The common area had tables and ample seating for us to work puzzles and play board games When she was ready to transfer to her Assisted living facility, the director, Phyllis, had paperwork promptly completed and transfer was seamless. If rehab or long term care is needed in the future we will go back to Farmington Village

My loved one is in Farmington Country Manor. They are very nice and extremely friendly. It is a nice and clean place. I am very satisfied. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They go out of their way to make sure he is happy. They are right there whenever we have questions. They serve three meals a day. Some days he participates, and some days he won’t participate in the activities.

Farmington Country Manor has been very good. It’s a nice, clean place. It doesn’t smell like a nursing home. My mother-in-law is very satisfied there. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable. The food is great. She gets three good balanced meals a day and has a choice of what she can order every day. If they don’t like what they’re having, they can order burgers or whatever they want. She really likes it that way. The other day, someone came in and played Christmas music for them. The facility is well decorated for Christmas.

This home was a great place for my grandmother to spend her last days. I felt she was comfortable and received the care she deserved. The nursing home was centrally located in the town of farmington, and was near beautiful corn fields and meadows which is good scenery for these older folks. The staff was very courteous and kind, and knew the family of their patients very well.

My late grandmother spent the last few years of her life at Farmington Country Manor. It was a wonderful facility catered to comfortably take care of the elderly, the rooms were kept very clean and modern. There was a large bathroom in each room, along with two large HD flat panel TVs. The staff at Farmington Country Manor could not have been anymore caring, I would highly recommend them to any family whose loved ones require pertinent care. The area of location is great also, it is located in the rural town of Farmington. Nearby cities include, Canton, Elmwood, Peoria, and Hannah City-Glasford. The outside of the facility includes a nice sitting area with a gazebo for patients to lounge and enjoy the wonderful, rustic, country views that Illinois can provide. The preceding paragraph is why I give Farmington County Manor an A+ or 5 out of 5 stars the facility is just phenomenal.
