West Pullman School Senior Community is located in southern Chicago, just minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan. The West Pullman School Senior Community is a building redesign by Celedon Holdings, UrbanWorks and A Safe Haven Foundation that has repurposed a former elementary school into 60 units of affordable senior housing. Common spaces incorporate elements of the original elementary school as a nod to the history of the building.
Spacious outdoor areas and one or two-bedroom apartment homes are available. Large windows and plenty of natural light help create spaces that are both welcoming and functional.
