My grandmother was a resident in this facility.Everytime I visited her she was always wet.If my visit was near meal time her food tray would be sitting in form of her cold and untouched.Many of the residents looked dirty and poorly dressed.As soon as you walk into the facility it wreaked of urine.I was very disappointed in this facility.

Cordele Health and Rehab took care of my Grandfather before he passed. He was bed ridden and unable to do anything for himself. The staff here were kind and understanding of his (and our families) needs. They went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and continued to allow my grandmother to be there and do as much as she wanted to try to do for him. He only lived about 2 weeks after being admitted but they were a great support to us at this time. The place was always clean and orderly. i was impressed that they really try to allow all residents to maintain their independence as much as possible. The hallways were always busy with residents.
