My mom was at Signature Healthcare at the Courtyard for a month. We had a bad experienced there. The place smelled, and it was crowded. There were no activities going on that I could see. Some of the nurses were good, but the nursing staff did not want to share PHI with me even if I am my mother's healthcare surrogate. The nursing facility would not acknowledge even though it was on the chart. My mother came home with bed sores.

I went to Signature Courtyard (Signature HealthCare at The Courtyard). It was a nice facility. It was clean, and the people were friendly. The rooms were very nice, and they have bathrooms. Their food was OK -- like hospital food. The grounds were very nice. They had activities like Church sessions, bingo, and different things like that. The facility probably needed a little bit of upgrading.
