I visited Madison Manor in Jacksonville. The representative was very nice, and the staff members seemed to be very professional and considerate. The place resembled a hotel set up. They put some work around there, outside on the roofing, and it looks nice and accessible. I got shown an apartment, and it was kind of small, but it would suit my needs. I was very much interested in it, but the timing wasn't right for me. It was good for a person who's disabled, which I am, and it looks like I would qualify for the place. It did look like they needed to do a little more tidying up or cleaning, not necessarily the unit, but around the facilities. They were doing some construction work outside, though. I believe they have laundry facilities and even vending machines. They have everything.
