Caroline Oaks was not within my budget. It was a little higher than I wanted, and I didn't like the bathroom. They didn't have a tub. They had a place for you to sit down, but I would never want anything like that. It's OK for maybe older people, but I'm just 69, and I'm not in bad shape where I would need something like that. It was very clean, and the people were very nice. People staying there would greet you and make you feel like, "You're going to love this," and things like that. So, that's the part I like about it, that everybody was so friendly and everything. The environment was good, and everything was very clean. They have amenities, too.

I toured Caroline Oaks Apartments. It was beautiful. I love the activity rooms. I love the fact that it has a beauty parlor and a gym. It had some beautiful lanai on the outside where you could stroll and enjoy the scenery. The people were friendly. The apartments were nice, but a little too small for my needs. The kitchen and dining area were nice. It's exceptionally clean.
