"St. Paul's was nice, bright, and clean. The library was wonderful. Everybody was very friendly. We saw the dining room and the laundry areas. We saw the studio and that was too small for our situation. The one-bedroom seemed more suited to what we were looking for."

"Hubbard Hill Estates is a nice facility that has a lot of accommodations for patients with Alzheimer's. The staff members were friendly and very knowledgeable with a lot of information. The rooms were set up for the residents there. It is broken down into housing sections and then there's about 8 to 9 personnel per wing. They got their own bathroom and a walk-in closet. It is set up like a house. We didn't eat there, but we saw the meals that they prepped in there. It's home cooking. No junk food or anything. They're very healthy meals. For activities, they have a person that's there every day and they have a set schedule of what the residents can do. They'll do some sort of physical activity, and they will do cognitive activities like drawing or writing. And then they have field trips and things like that. The staff are all very active with what they're doing."

"Greencroft Goshen is a fairly large complex with verything from independent living to nursing care. We also have assisted living and health care. I have been living here quite some time and it has been tolerable. It’s an OK place to live. There's a community center and there are physical activities. We don't have swimming on campus, but we have a lifelong learning situation along with the nearby university, so we have classes in many different things in health, energy, and for fun. We recently had a series called Festival of Carols, which we have from Thanksgiving into Christmas. The food is pretty good, but some of it is government food programs, which are not very good but are fairly flavorful, tolerable, and reasonably healthy."
