I visited this facility
The Remington is new, so it's very nice. The downside is that they allow smoking in the apartments, and you'd have to go outside for activities in the clubhouse. The other problem was, the activities were few but were geared to people who are newly retired as opposed to very senior people like my mother-in-law. During the tour we saw everything. The apartments were very nice and new and included a washer and dryer. You'd have to walk outside to get to the clubhouse, and there are plenty of gardens. For a younger senior community I would rate it a 5.
