First of all, Parkwood Apartment at Indio is brand new. In fact, some of the apartments are not quite finished yet. But there are enough apartments ready in our queue. It is also in an area that is very quiet. The management here is good. The staff working there couldn't be better. There's also quite a big and beautiful hall for dining or any events. The sanitation is excellent since it is brand new. Everything is designed for the senior and is well thought out.
