"Mom has been living at Westwood for nearly a year. She has made many friends there and the staff treats her like family. Everyone is very professional and goes above and beyond for their residents. It is a very clean and facility with lots of activities available for residents and their families. "

"The one we chose for my stepmom is Red Carpet. The bottom-half of it is like nursing home, the top has assisted living. It was a nice place and adequate. It was very clean. It was more home-like atmosphere. It was chosen mainly for the price. It was the most affordable in the area. The other criterion is, she has a friend who lives there too. I thought that would help her out to know somebody there and have that relationship with them. We saw a room and it was adequate. It wasn't huge but it was a nice size. We dropped in without an appointment, but the staff was very nice and very accommodating. They did give me the name to follow up with, and I followed up with that lady and she answered all of our questions. With regards to activities, they did have bingo and they did have exercise center and wellness center. "

"Mom stayed in Riverside Landing Nursing and Rehabilitation from August until November. I would say that all in all, it was as good experience as she was going to get for a nursing home. I thought the girls were especially caring, especially Alison and Vanessa who were in her room often. The folks were super and really did care about Mom, and I appreciated it. The food was on the poor side; Mom didn’t like it at all, but she didn’t like too much anywhere. "

"My parent-in-laws lived in Glenwood Community for six years, and they were very happy with what they had. The independent living side was excellent, and it was well-maintained. The staff was friendly, they seemed to care about the residents, and the food was good. My mother-in-law enjoyed the activities, and meeting other residents."

"The Helen Purcell Home overall was a great place in my opinion. Compared to other facilities that i have visited in my life the staff at the Helen Purcell Home were the best. They were very kind to us and made us feel at home. During my visit there I was introduced to a number of residences and my over-all opinion was that they were very happy. I remember Mrs. Little saying that she had lived many places in her life and had experienced many different things. She went on to say that she was as happy with living in the Helen Purcell Home as she was living on her own. She loved knowing that there was a friendly staff there to assist her in her everyday activites. Everytime we went we were served lunch. The food was great!! It may have been that the over-all experience made the food great, i just remember looking forward to going. for the food, the residence's and the friendly staff. "
