In June of 2019, we packed up and moved 500 miles to begin our new life in Little Rock. Choosing to become a resident in Chenal Village was not only a good decision, but the best decision!! The amenities are great, the staff is awesome, and our home could not be more comfortable. This is a true community and I would not live anywhere else!! ! Come join us

We have lived at Chenal village for almost four years now and enjoy all of the amenities more each day. The one level, no steps, stress free living has been great for us. Chenal Village management has been very responsive to any maintenance issues we have experienced and I can’t stress how important the removal of home ownership issues can be. We enjoy the social interaction with our neighbors while participating in planned functions at the beautiful Clubhouse facility. The Swimming Pool and Health club are first class as well. We recommend taking a look at Chenal Village for stress free living in a 55plus active adult community.

Although Chenal Village is a lovely place to live with all the amenities one would want in senior living and an outstanding staff, it is the people who live here that made us want to make this our home. We love just walking down the street and visiting with neighbors who are also out and about. We welcome one and all and hope that you will feel the same sense of community that we do. Having looked at many retirement communities in the area, I chose the Village for the following reasons: 1. The homes are lovely with high end details including crown molding, large windows and an excellent, functional floor plan. 2. The clubhouse is spacious, well appointed and inviting to residents and guests. 3.I have stayed and will remain here due to value added details-a supervisor who is a caring, timely response to the few maintenance needs that I have had. 4.The residents are energetic, involved, fun and look out for each other.

Chenal Village has been everything I expected and more! I love living here! All the activities are most enjoyable and I especially enjoy the exercise class three times a week, We have a great group and have so much fun!

I relocated from Florida 6 months ago and was lucky to find Chenal Village. The homes are all luxurious, beautifully finished, and the Staff and Service is excellent. All maintenance inside and out is provided. Clubhouse, pool and fitness center are wonderful. Residents are active, warm and friendly. Great place to retire or work and live. Come live with us!
