"I toured Grand Brook Memory Care of Rogers at Pinnacle Hills. It's a very nice new place. Very nice facility. Very clean. The management was very friendly and helpful. The residents whom I saw in the hallways seemed very happy, well cared for, and well attended to. The food smelled good; I didn't eat any food. There was no distasteful odor in the place like stale urine smells or things like that. But they don't have any vacancies right now."

"What we like best at Bella Vista is the facility itself and the rooms. Those are the best features. It's also all on one floor, which is a lot safer. The food was good, and the staff was nice, too."

"The people who toured us around Village on the Park Rogers were very helpful. It was beautiful. They were good-sized rooms. It was very clean. We saw the activity room/dining area in the memory care. There were four or five people in there, and they were doing an activity. It was very nice. The staff was very nice, answered all the questions, and was very informative. The food looked wonderful. They had it under glass, and we met the chef. The patio was beautiful and well-kept. My friend went with us and she loved it."

"I visited the assisted living facility of Innisfree Retirement Community. The director of marketing was very helpful. In fact, he has called as a follow-up since my visit. The facility was in good shape. They were doing some repainting and putting new carpets in the common areas. I saw a one-bedroom unit, and it was fine. The place was very clean and up-to-date. Apparently, they have a couple of elevators. I only saw one, but there's more than one. The rooms are fine. They were the typical assisted living rooms. The parking experience was fine, too. I was there mid-afternoon, and the dining area was all set ready for the next meal."

"I really like my townhouse - I am so comfortable - it feels like home. It is great to not have to worry about maintenance and upkeep - and I love having cleaning ladies every week and they even change my bedding! I have a great view from my townhouse and have great neighbors. Everyone is very friendly and I made new friends almost immediately. The food is very good and the chef is open to suggestions of something new. My only problem has been that I have put on some pounds since I like the food too well but I can go to the exercise room and work it off. I also enjoy the location - it is very handy."

"We toured Clear Creek Memory Care. It's a very posh, nice facility with very large, nice rooms that are unfurnished, allowing us to purchase furniture that would suit us. The staff who assisted us during the tour was excellent. They made everything very clear for us. They're very cordial. They are a salesperson, and they're interested in making a sale."

"I toured The Gardens At Arkanshire Senior Living. I like them. They had very roomy rooms for two bedrooms. They didn't have a big kitchen for you to cook in because they wanted you to go down and eat the three meals in the dining room, but you had a very small area to cook in. They have a microwave and a refrigerator. Their chef was awesome. He brought me a lemon pie to take home and his menu stuff. There weren't set times when you could eat. They would take care of you if you had doctor's appointments that ran through lunchtime. You could still go in and have lunch with them when you get back."

"Quail Ridge Living Center was the best fit for my mom's needs. She went in in skilled nursing, but now she is in long-term care there. I'm very happy with them. The staff members are very caring, very respectful, and considerate of her. I am very, very happy with the care that she's getting there. I have not had a meal with her, but my mom has not complained or anything. They've got bingo, they've got people bringing animals in, and my mom has gotten to help socialize puppies. They allow her little dog to come and visit, too. She is an animal lover, and they have a resident cat that lives there. Joey the cat pays a once-a-day visit. My mom was part of a singing group, and they allowed them to come in on Sunday afternoon and sing with her. So there's plenty of activities just right for her to do and see as much as she wishes. Activities are varied and interesting to her. It's a wonderful value. She has practically no income but is getting excellent care. It doesn't smell and look like a nursing home. They decorate and they keep it clean. My mom's laundry is done with great regularity and not lost or mangled. It's a very good place for her. There is a large area there where she does the dog socialization, and that is where they also do physical therapy, too. However, like any place, there's a lot of wear and tear. They can't keep it all painted, pristine, or anything like that. It's clean and it doesn't smell bad, but the services are great. It is much better than what we expected. "

"My mother is living at Apple Creek Health and Rehab, Llc. She thinks the rooms are too small. They are treating her very nicely and feeding her well. I have no complaints about it. If I had my way, I would probably leave my mom here. They have private rooms. The staff has been great. My mom says they take wonderful care of her. They've done well at keeping us informed of everything that's happening there, with COVID and giving my mother new medications and stuff. They have two courtyards that are divided in the middle. There's a front section that has a courtyard, and then there's a back section that has a courtyard. I think the front section is for rehabilitation and short-term care, and the back section is for long-term care. They do take my mother out and let her get fresh air when she allows them to. My mom says the food is really good. The facility is very nice and clean. They are like getting into Fort Knox if you don't have permission to enter, so they are working on the residents' safety. "

"The people at The Bungalows at Springdale were absolutely out of this world. The menu was what they fixed for lunch that day and that was it. We had fish and it was very good. The staff was outstanding. She sat me at a table with some of the residents, so I got to talk to them about what their thoughts were. One was not so happy and the other one loved it. I ended up playing cards with them after lunch. The people were great, but it was too far away. The dining area was a little stark. There was no warmth in that room at all. They had the round marble top tables and four chairs and that was it. It didn't seem like there was much life in there."

"I moved into Pinnacle Groves. The apartments are modern and efficient, and they're not efficiency apartments. They are regular apartments. The food is good, the choices are good, and the people who are in charge are really nice. They'll do anything to help you. I like the facility. I like the floor plan in my apartment and the floor plan of the whole facility. I go to chair exercises every morning. We have water aerobics because we have a big swimming pool. It's an indoor swimming pool. It is nice. We have painting and a lot of activities, chair exercises, and Bible study. They have a movie theater and show a movie once a week. It's $1,000 cheaper than other facilities. I have a two-bedroom apartment, but they have a one-bedroom too, and we have a washer and dryer hookup. I love that the laundry room is big. It's just wonderful. There's ample parking and a fishing hole. You can go fishing."

"Primrose Retirement Community of Rogers, AR is a continual living. It has independent living, assisted living, and memory care. My first feeling of the place was friendly and welcoming. The room we looked at was very spacious and well-kept. The staff was excellent. They took the time. I went several times to visit and took my parents. They took the time to see us, to show us around, and to answer all our questions. They've called me, checked up with me, and helped me with the next process of memory care, and they've just been very attentive to our needs. The facility was great."

"Mom was in Highland Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. My sister and I were very pleased with their facility and their care. It was very nice and very clean. I saw them every weekend cleaning an area rug that was right in the center of a very busy area. It was just a very nice place and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend it. The staff that I saw was very attentive. The social worker was very nice and met with us every couple of weeks to go over Mom's health care plan and rehab. They kept, as far as I could tell, detailed notes on her rehabilitation and the course of action they were taking. I had no complaints about the staff. I thought the food was good. They were nutritious and balanced."

"The Maples saved my sanity after my mother had a stroke. They worked very hard with me to get her in. The staff is filled with kind and compassionate people who remembered names as well as details specif to my mother's recovery. I watched nurses treat my mother, as well as other residents who at times were verbally or physically violent, as if they were family. Everything was always clean and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I recommend this fascility to anyone looking for long or short term care."

"The people were nice at Gardens at Osage Terrace. They gave us a good tour, but I just didn’t like the feel of it. It felt like a big hospital ward, and my mother didn’t want to be in a place that felt like a hospital or a ward. "

"My husband was at Bradford House. All the time that I was there, they were the nicest people and cared a lot. I had no complaints. They were just marvelous all the way around. They had been so helpful and so caring. They were wonderful to me and my husband. I was well pleased. They were very kind and very good. The dining area was very nice. They had a separate area for families if they wanted to get together. The facility was very clean and well-kept. My husband was certainly taken care of while he was there. The upkeep of his room was nice. They had his bed and his chair fit in there beautifully. He had another person in there with him, which is fine because he likes to talk, so that's good."
