Village at Meadowview

I moved into the Village at Meadowview. What I like is the layout. The floor plan is really nice. It's in a very secure neighborhood. It's convenient to a lot of the eateries in downtown Fairhope. You can't beat it. You can jog and walk in this area and feel secure that you're OK. There is a police precinct right up the street, two blocks down. If I wanted to walk to work, I could. If I wanted to walk to one of my favorite restaurants, it's right across the street. It's just the ideal location, the ideal place to be, very good neighbors, and the staff is wonderful. You can't beat it. It is senior-based. They do have a laundry facility. It's squeaky clean, but it's more of a layout of the residency. They're very professional, very thorough, and very on point. There were a few things that my apartment needed, and they jumped right on it and got it resolved for me. The floor plan is very nice. You have all your amenities. You have your ice maker. You have your garbage disposal. You have your dishwasher, a built-in microwave, and a nice range. The layout is pretty, with hardwood floors and plenty of closet space. They're really nice.
