The rooms were very nice. They're individual rooms. The staff who gave us the tour was very nice and very educated. They have enough amenities. The staff were very good."

"I brought my mother here because she cannot be alone all day while I'm at work. The facility is bright and sunny, as is the staff. It was refreshing to hear my mother talk about the variety of activities she had taken part in by the end of her day. She ate well, and was given her medication. What a load off of my mind. Highly recommend."

"I like the setup of the facility. The Manager and Nurse were very friendly and seem to like my husband immediately. He adjusted well. I later met other staff members via phone who are also friendly and helpful. They seem to be a concerned and caring group. Always helpful and supportive. When I forget to tell them he has a different appointment, someone always call to check on him. We have no complaints. He has been attending over two years"

"My grandpa used to live at Angel House Assisted Living. He was in his 70's and my family did not think it was a good idea for him to live on his own. Angel House was a really good fit. My grandpa did not put up a fight since we showed him that he was basically moving into an actual home and he would have his own room. There was a spacious kitchen where he could still make his meals. This place treated him so good. He was able to join in on organized group activities and there was care 24 hours a day. He loved the fact that he could come and go as he pleased. He would brag about the Senior Center. He loved going bowling, visiting the library, making the weekly trip to Wal-Mart where he was able to catch up with his buddies and most importantly BINGO. This place really put a zest of life in him. He knew that there was always going to be something to do daily because at Angel House Assisted Living there were always activities planned on or off-site. Although he is now gone I know he was happy and we owe some of that to Angel House Assisted Living. "

"I go to the classes they offer. I take Drawing, Acrylic Painting, Flower Arrangement, Tai Chi and Chair Yoga. Great teachers. Beautiful center. Field trips and constant activities. This is an excellent to be when you are retired and need to get out of the house and participate in life! "

"The facility was clean and the people were nice, friendly, and professional. It had ample parking close to the facility. Always had doctors on site to monitor critical situations. This was a plus a my grandmother would occasionally need immediate attention from a doctor for her needs. The cost was accommodating and they had counselors to help find resources available to help pay for services. Staff always greeted me kindly and kept me up to date whenever something changed w/ my grandmothers health. Everyone knew the patients. My grandmother is very happy with her care, which really made me happy with the decision. The culture is diverse. My grandmother is from another country and they had a staff that spoke my grandmothers language(french). The facility seemed a bit crowded and private rooms were very expensive. Shared rooms were reasonable, but not many private areas. Screening should be done before placing two people in a room together. Very close to a hospital if an emergency came up. Very little paperwork or notice needed to take patients off campus and timing very flexible. "

"We chose Heartland Health Care Center-Boynton Beach for my husband, because of the proximity of its location to my home, the cleanliness of the place, and the very knowledgeable and energetic staff. They're very caring and they have good communication with me and my husband. I am just very satisfied. I think any nursing home food needs improvement, but he seems to like the food there. He eats everything. They have daily activities and an activities director. They do puzzles, exercise, entertainment, and play games, but it depends on the resident, as far as how much they want to offer the individual, because of the different levels of Alzheimer's. It's the cleanest place I visited and no matter what time of day I go, it's spotless. I've never seen a problem. The other thing that I noticed about that place that no other place could match is there's never an odor. I've never experienced an odor going there, and I did in every other place I've been."

"My grandmother received services in this adult day care. Everyone treated her with love and respect. They helped her get Medicaid and other services. The place is very clean and everyone is very professional. They always helped the family and answered all our questions. She received all the care she needed and the family all the support necessary."
