My provider (Jeanie) was fabulous! She was outgoing and friendly. She would come into the house, following every procedure to help avoid “covid” and quickly address my wound care. She was on time or early because I told her that was fine with me. She was attentive to the dogs and extremely nice to them. I would highly recommend Elite Services.

My mom suffered a lot at Elite Home Health before she passed away. I did not feel compassion from them. The representative was pretty good about seeing Mom in those two months, but Mom did not demand a lot of time and need until about two weeks before she passed away. It was frustrating.
