We worked with UVM Health Network - Home Health & Hospice Care. They signed off on my mother. They did physical therapy and occupational therapy with her and they found out where she was at. They said that she is independent. It's just when my mother needs a shower, I need to be here just in case she falls or anything. The staff was excellent. They did their job well. They were very professional and they were very personal. They were just excellent. There had been adjustments. Their management scheduling was over the phone and they would schedule therapy sessions over the phone ahead of the time. They're very good with people. They're very good at evaluating people's strength.

My husband has hospice from VNA of Chittenden & Grand Isle Counties for three weeks now. The care is excellent. There's a social worker, a main nurse, and licensed practical nurses, and they come in everyday either one or two and they help bathe him, change him and get him organized. They're very accommodating, excellent, followed through, and available 24 hours a day if I have questions.
