The nurses were wonderful but the billing department is awful they are the reason i give a 3 star. I was set up on a payment plan and have done my part with receipts to prove it .now she is saying I skipped a month and the amount we agreed to cant be accepted and needs more money.

A family friend who was a resident here really had good experiences with this facility. The staff were courteous and seemed to really care about the residents. The only issue that we had with the facility was getting medication orders properly straightened out. The hospital had discharged our friend to the nursing home with orders to take several new medications and the nursing home got the new medication orders confused for the first several days.
