We were all taking turns in caring for our father but his needs quickly changed & were in need of immediate assistance. We were able to secure services the same day & had the absolute best aide, Amanda. She is an angel & the epitome of a what all caregivers should mirror. Thank you to EVERYONE at Home Instead for your consistent follow up, clear communication & for having Amanda take care of our father fore going into am assisted living facility. We will never hesitate to share how wonderful ALL of your team members are!!

I am WW II veteran an I've been with home instead for a while they have care for my loving wife till she pass. An now they are taking great care of me I've have a number of caregivers. But nothing like the one i have knw Shirley goes above an beyond to care for me an I appreciate her everyday.. She is always on time.. We have conversations about my history of the war.. The company has been great about my request when I need it etc.. Thanks for all y'all do for me.. Love David

Home Instead has been providing my care for just over a year now. I am a quadriplegic and a service-connected veteran. I was relieved to learn that Home Instead is a V.A. approved provider. They do everything from getting me out of bed in the morning, helping with dressing, bathing, toileting, food preparation, light cleaning, laundry, to putting me back in bed at night. The caregivers I have had have been punctual and prepared to help. In the past year, any issue I've had was resolved quickly without interruption of my care. I 100% need care every morning and every night. They have never let me down. From the very beginning, the staff was receptive of all of my input. The Home Instead staff has been very good about communicating any adjustments. It has truly been a pleasure having a company I can trust and caregivers I can count on.

Home Instead are now providing 2 sets of caregivers in our home. One takes care of Mama who is more mobile but needs help with ADLs and appointments. Our dad is bedridden now and on hospice care with later stages of dementia. They are always on time or make arrangements - so no need to worry on schedule.

When I made a personal visit to the HISC office, I found the staff personable, professional, and above all, caring. After Mr. Syrett met with our family to discuss what kind of care services my sister would like and need, my feelings were confirmed. It's now been a few months, and I can honestly say, without any hesitation, that this was the best decision our family has made. My sister is able to live safely and independently in her home, and she is happy. So are we!
