We are very pleased with Amedisys Hospice Care. A nurse comes out twice a week, checks my stepfather's vitals, and sees if there's anything needed. A social worker has been out and gone over everything with us and just checking to see what he needs. There's an aide that comes in for his bathing Monday through Friday, while all of his supplies are delivered to the house. They brought out a hospital bed and a walker too. On the weekends, there's usually a volunteer to see if anything is needed. We have had an after hours on-call nurse come to the house and, so far, we've only needed her once. They're helping him with his medicine as well. So, we haven't had any problems with them. They're very nice and helpful to us.
