As a person who had to become a POA of a loved one abruptly, I can honestly say this company helped me. When my family member was treated poorly while hospitalized, I didn’t trust their recommendation for Home-care services. After doing my own research I stumbled across BLOOM. I live in a different area from my family so I wasn’t familiar with what companies were out there in this county. BLOOM checked off all my boxes. They are professional, reliable and dedicated. I am not being paid to say this or anything. I am a real person who didn’t have the full knowledge of the healthcare process, but they educated me and helped me. My aunt is getting the assistance she needs. She is starting to thrive more. She has a consistent aide who we consider family now. I am really happy with services so far.

Bloom Health Services has been a godsend to my family. When I was searching for the right agency for my father I was so worried. He requires a lot of assistance but he is also very proud and can be quite stubborn. From the first meet until now the staff at Bloom were very patient and understanding. They allowed my dad and I stop participate in planning his schedule and services and it empowered him. They helped him regain some independence while being there to support him. The staff always arrive on time and are there if we have any emergencies. It gives me some peace knowing that w have Bloom in our corner.
