I like that the agency and the supervising staff are very attentive, very quick to make changes, and get caregivers to you. The caregivers are excellent. Their choice in hiring is good.

They cook, clean and offer baths, but it would be nicer if they could stay longer. They are not coming for the full time. I like the people they send, very friendly

It cost me $100 dollars to get to my appointments because my caregiver didn't even bother showing up. Nobody communicated this to me. They need to communicate better. I don't get told when my caregiver is changing hours. They need to do a much better job at informing their clients when changes are made. The first caregiver was pulled off the job and she should never have told me information that I wasn't privy to.

They could have a greater impact on my life if they talked to me and got the whole story, the ability to problem-solve together. I would tell a friend that I've had caregivers who have been amazing, but the consistency in care and communication is lacking.

There is someone here to help me every evening with housework or dusting. They help with laundry or sweeping. They are consistent. They show up, and they do whatever I ask them to do.

Having somebody with the client each day helps make my life easier. They are able to give us the number of hours we need. They are local and not too corporate. They keep me abreast with everything.

It's really good right now, but in the past, they lacked some organizational skills. They need to have more training for their personnel.

It has been just that we needed. They can improve by communicating more often. They are good communicators, I don't have access to the notes section on the website and they don't have control over that.
