We are new clients to MVI. My mother has been having an array of health issues. Each time she has come out of the hospital, we have requested to have MVI come back into our home. The nursing staff are all extremely knowledgeable and caring. The home health aids that have been coming by several times a week are absolute angels. They are so sweet and compassionate. I couldn't ask for better care for Mom.

Simply the best. My wife and I have been on their service several times, for home care, wound care and therapy. Unfortunately I have trouble with my knees and hips and she has a heart condition. The people that come to our house are always very nice and caring. They are gentle when we are hurting but do everything to help us to heal. I recommend them to everyone.

I had this hospice for my mother. I guess they didn't like that I was the only person taking care of my mom because instead of offering me support at a difficult time they seem intent on putting my mom in a nursing home. I have asthma and I had forgotten my inhaler so I had to go to the ER for a treatment. I made the mistake of calling them and asking if they had a sitter for my mom for the few hours I would be gone. In those few hours I found they swooped in and put my mom in a nursing home saying I was to sick to care for her. The nursing home got involved and gave me 24 hours to find help or they would not allow her to go home. Well, to there surprise I called my neighbor who was a nurse and she worked all night getting my living room set up for my mom and told me she would work for me a couple of hours a day. She saved my mom from being forced into an institution for the rest of her life. The aides are not good as they use aren't very clean although I don't know if those aides are still there. One day a social worker stopped by unannounced and I was taking a nap in a chair next to my mom and it was years all I heard was I sleep all day and she sent this information on to follow me. I would not reccommend this hospice at all.

I am extremely satisfied and very happy with MVI Home Care. They are helping me right now. All the nurses are just the greatest. They are very caring. They are always ready 24 hours, no matter what I call for, they would come right out.
