I legitimately don't know what I would do without UniversaCare providing such high quality services for my loved ones. Both of my parents need assistance and their quality team of caregivers and staff are always around to help me. God bless them. I always had such a hard time working with these other Agencies, but not UniversaCare. They actually care about my family as if they are caring for their own. I would highly recommend anyone to their service.

Nobody else was around and available the way this agency was for me. I couldn't tell you how lucky I was when I found handy helping services (old agency name) and how they were able to help me. Caregivers were mainly from foreign descent but I found those caregivers to be the most reliable and the best workers. Whenever there was an issue this agency had someone call me immediately, didn't matter what time of day. Keep up the good work god bless

The company provided me home health aide services. The staff arrived on time when scheduled and were very reliable. The interactions with the caregivers are good, many of them are very nice. The agency has been very responsive and are nice to deal with. We are grateful to have chosen this agency over others.
