My dad’s a veteran, and dealing with VA insurance is usually a nightmare – I’ve spent hours on hold before. Star Care’s office staff took all that off our plate. They called the VA, got the authorisation, and even told us what forms we needed to sign. The nurse who comes to Hobbs to check his wound is really gentle – Dad doesn’t even flinch when she changes the dressing. It’s rare to find a home health agency that actually understands the VA system. Big relief for our family.
