We have Comfort Keepers for my mom and it's working wonderfully. We are using them for the third time now, we've already had them before. They take her to the bathroom, help her with dressing and feeding, straighten up the house a little bit, and help her with laundry. The scheduling was a little tough, only because right now there's no one working but they've worked it out for me. I don't do the billing, my sister does, but I think the bill was easy because she does it online. We've been using them for, probably, three years, on and off. A nurse comes in every 3 months to evaluate and make sure that my mom's doing what she's supposed to be doing, that we're happy with the services, and to make sure she's healthy. They do offer live-in but mom doesn't want that right yet so we didn't get it. They offered driving too if I needed to take mom anywhere, but that's for an additional fee. They've been dependable and they've worked very hard to get the right caregivers so we're very pleased.

Comfort Keepers provides companion care to my mom. The caregiver is excellent so far. We chose them from recommendations from someone at the adult day care. They have 24-hour access. The schedule is always accessible and they're very responsive with feedback and confirmation of time.

Comfort Keepers is an amazing facility with wonderful companions as well as administrative staff. My mom is 94, has vascular dementia though physically very well. Our Comfort Keeper companion, Angela, is wonderful with her, getting her to respond and participate in ways I cannot do. Angela and the company are also very flexible so that I can change days and times with very little or no hassle. I would recommend them to anyone who needs "to get away from it all" for a while. Saving my sanity and allowing me to better deal with Mom.
