FirstLight Home Care are wonderful people. They're very good people. They have been great for me, great for my husband and I can't praise them enough. They take care of my husband, who is completely bedridden. They bathe him, feed him, and they do everything for him. They're all angels. He is comfortable with what we have, but as soon as there is a change, we have problems. Billing and scheduling are fine; I have no problem with them. However, if somebody doesn't show up, I have a hard time getting a replacement. But I have to say Boyd has been absolutely wonderful. He has come when somebody couldn't show up and help me himself. I can't say enough about him.

We have been utilizing FirstLight , for an aide for my father for a little over a month. We have been very pleased with the care received and office support has been excellent and easy to deal with. There have been several time the aide has taken that extra step to assist my Dad. Very good experience

We were fortunate enough to have the quality care given by FirstLight for our mother for a few years who wanted to desperately stay in her own home but had increasingly found it more and more difficult to do so without the help of FirstLight. We were very pleased with the care she was given and always felt that any questions or needs were addressed and taken care of immediately . I would completely recommend wholeheartedly FirstLight, it’s staff and employees.

I would absolutely recommend firstlight home care to anyone who needs help caring for A family member , everyone from the aides we currently have caring for my mom to the employees like norma & Mateo and the owner Boyd himself have been absolutely amazing in our time in need - I shared with Boyd how blessed we are to have been given such loving caring aides who have consistently gone above and beyond their professional obligations , these same employees of his can't give Boyd himself enough accolades which speaks volumes To business owner like myself .
