My mother is very happy with her live-in companion from Compassionate Care, Inc. We have been using them for three or four months now. They help her in every way, like with medication, bathing, hygiene, and cooking. She is excellent, cooks well, is a good companion, and is very jovial. They care.

While most of the caregivers for my mom (who needed 24/7 care) were wonderful, the agency itself was not. They assured us in the beginning that they would take care of everything for us as far as the paperwork to the LTC company. I ended up spending more time than they did following up. At one point, my mom had advanced thousands of dollars due to their inefficiency and then threatened to pull the caregiver for non-payment to them. We finally fired them which resulted in the President of the Company basically blaming me! It was a terrible experience with them all around. I understand also that they don't treat their caregivers too good either. Alot of untruths!
