We make referrals for care to A Plus Health Care, because they really to care. The help people to the best of their ability. Often it's the state that does not allow the care people are needing. All agencies are having staffing issues and consistent care is hard. The office people do care.

This place is absolutely horrible, we live out of state and my elderly grandfather lives in Helena and unsure of any other places that provide caregivers A Plus was hired for the job. Not only did they say they were on the ball and would have someone there to help my grandfather with whatever he need. Not only was that false but the caregiver that did arrive was only a few years younger than my already 79 year old grandfather. Now it's nothing but excuses as to them being understaffed, they're doing the best they can and now to add the light to the already waiting fuse the person in charge had the never to say that we have no business talking to the PSA's. I'm throughly fed up and will be taking our business elsewhere

I fired A Plus Health Care because they are understaffed, undereducated, and they don’t do a background check on their caregivers. That’s not a good place to hire caregivers, because I got robbed -- caregivers showing up drunk and on drugs.
