They hardly ever do any household chores. They don't do dishes, cook, clean, do laundry or take out their trash. They spend 95% of their time doing personal stuff on their phone.

Fortunately for my husband and I, Martha's Hands is not the ONLY Home healthcare provider in town. Many of the personnel they send out cannot understand basic spoken instructions, One of the people they sent to our home ruined four outfits which I can hardly afford to replace, we would often have to redo the work performed for us, trhe office staff is very unprofessional, includig one whohad the nerve to yell at my husband for when he didn't return on time. I wouldn't recommend Martha's Hands to care for a pet!

A very professional reliable caring service and staff. They were there to help care for Dad after Mom passed. I would recommend Martha’ hand to anyone needing home health care

Extremely dissatisfied, They do not live up to what they promise. They sit on the couch and text or sleep most of the time. They were supposed to do my mothers laundry, And yet I found her doing it herself in her bathroom sink because she couldn’t get to the laundry room in the basement, and her bedroom and her bathroom had not been cleaned by them recently, and I was never informed why. She had a sick dog which needed medication and they refused to take her up to the vet, approximately 3 miles away, to get it because the caregiver had “no gas”, I never got an update except through the logbook which because I work full-time and don’t live close I can’t get to very often. They came highly recommended, and they came nowhere close to my expectations. I had to once again make other arrangements. Don’t waste your money

We found Martha’s Hand through people’s recommendations. They’re very organized, very professional, and I was just impressed with their nurses and follow up. I can’t say enough; they’re so easy to deal with. I’m satisfied and I would recommend them. They acted like they care and didn’t act like it’s just a job. They sang songs with her at Christmas time, and they didn’t just sit her in a corner nor let her just stand and stare at the wall.

Martha's Hands was wonderful. The caregiver was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for anything better.

My friend has a private nurse that comes in everyday making sure she's taking her medicine which my friend doesn't do and then the schizophrenia takes over. I think we found the right care giver for her. Pretty much they are a good match. It was actually my daughter who found this care giver. Now everything is going out smoothly and knowing that this care giver is really familiar with taking care of patients with this kind of illness. It has worked out really good. With regards to the care this care giver is really warm and caring. She's always on time. The lady likes her and you will see how comfortable they are with each other. They get out and they go to lunch once in a while and they do a lot of stuff together. She actually doesn't need a 24 hour care. She just needs someone that will check on her and make sure she's taking all her medicines. This girl is a good companion.

Martha's Hands was extremely flexible with our family when needing additional resources to help take care of our wonderful dad. They were not pressuring, worked with our needs, understanding. Their follow up was very good too. They even sent a condolence card when Dad left us for the heavens. They called a couple of weeks later to see how we were doing and asked if we'd be interesting in grief counseling. The were a very caring and sympathic organizaton.
