Creative Care Consultants provided assistance for my "bonus" mom after she had been diagnosed with dementia. As I lived over 200 miles away, it was comforting to know she was being looked over and cared for when I or other family could not be there. Creative Care Consultants cared for my mother for over 3 years. The nurses and social workers were professional and timely in all of their interventions and in development of their care plans. They helped me and my siblings communicate with my mom who had Alzheimer's disease and with each other. They provided support and medical coordination for everything from hearing problems to death and dying. They always seemed to know the right answers and if they didn't, they searched it out.
