My family was introduced to this service while at Bi-County Hospital (I guess now called Henry Ford/Macomb) when our mother was dying in late 2007. She received home services and died at home. Everything about the experience from the initial contact onward was VERY respectful and responsive, and helped make a horrible time into a bearable one for all of us. Moreover, it made my mother happy and at peace, to be well cared for at home. Follow-up contact with the family continued for a full year after her death. Really well-done hospice services.

We had hospice care at Henry Ford Hospice. It was very clean. The room was great. One of the physicians was wonderful; one of the physicians was not. The hospice nursing staff was very good. They were very compassionate and very responsive. They provided information and availability for a grieving service if you chose to take that. As far as nursing care, bathing care, and hospice care, they were very receptive to our family.
