My father-in-law was at Shelby Manor Senior Living. We had no complaints at all. We were very satisfied with the staff and the cleanliness. Everybody was just so helpful. If we had questions, they were there to answer. My father-in-law ended up more on hospice. I don't think the facility was equipped for hospice, but they worked with him, so we didn't have to send him out anywhere. They communicated back and forth with us to let us know how he was doing. The staff members were very efficient, friendly, and caring. The facility was immaculate. They even had a butterfly garden where people could go and sit, and it was gorgeous. They have tried to do physical therapy with my father-in-law.
