Most of the aides are very good. Katelyn is easy to talk to along with Clarke, family runs it very well. Sometimes the aids don't do anything while in the house, they just sit down.

We have a caregiver who has been great and provides great care for my father. My father greatly needed help, and I don't know what we would have done without the services.

I like the caregiver that has been provided by the agency. I did not really like the other caregivers. They have provided a caregiver who knows what she is doing.

It's helped out a lot while I had it. I had it for a few weeks and then went to visit relatives. It was good while I had it, though. There's nothing off the top of my head. I have nothing to compare it to, know if it's above average or below average.

I'm getting to know the caregivers that come here to help, and they seem nice, but they just need some direction. Sometimes they don't communicate well - they won't let me know or tell me last minute if the caregiver can't make it.

The provider helps the most by taking the client out and I don't have to be available every minute. What I like the most about the agency is the way it runs, and the people they have.
