I couldn't do it without them. I really appreciate the work they do. Most of them are really here because they really want to be here. Most people are dedicated and attentive. The consistency with the caregivers could be improved. We are still getting new people. The new person had to be shown around, and I'm not able to leave on time for church. I would like regular people more often.

They could have better training for new people that come. My mom has Parkinson's, so she gets worse, and we have to change the care plan frequently according to her needs. When new people come in, they do not know the care plan has changed, and they try to get her to do things she cannot do anymore. I like that they are very helpful and personal.

It's fine, she enjoys it. It's the back end stuff that I'm not happy with. Lack of communication and their accounting, new system or person I would not recommend based on that, their records are not accurate, but it wasn't always like that so If you asked us a few years ago, We loved it, but there were some changes going on in the last year and a half that's noticeable.

They were the only ones in town and we had to have it, but it did not end up being a good experience. The billing was abysmal, we did not get details of who came or what happened. We had some conversations with the billing office and that did not go well. It was a very poor experience with accountability. They had no sign in, they might show up or they might not. My mom was not very happy. We started a sign-up sheet and they would sign it saying they were here for an hour when it was more like a half hour.
