My father only has five hours a day with Unlimited Home Care of LA Inc., but it helps because they bathe him, and they'll cook his lunch. I am not satisfied with them right now, and the reason is because I am using them. I had hip surgery, and I have to be in wheelchair for eight weeks, and they never saw about getting one person to take care of me for the eight weeks, so I am disappointed with them. They just pull one here and there from their workers, and some of them don't show up or they come in late. And if they come in or don't show up by 9:30, it is a little late to be calling. So that is the one thing that I am not satisfied with them. And I told them that I do not want special treatment; I just want to be taken care of. They were telling me that they were having trouble with their workers, but I find that they are very unorganized in the office. The majority of the women that I had are caring; they take care of me, but I don't like the idea of them not showing up. I think their main problem is with the office that they can't figure out what they are doing.
