"We are working with Home Insite for my mother. There are some people that are good, and there are other people they hire that come in who won't do anything. They don't do anything with medication, but they do some housekeeping. There are some girls that come in and will do anything that my mother asks them to do, and then there are other ones that say, "That's not my job," or, "I'm not qualified to do that." One person would not take her vitals and would just take her blood pressure. As far as housekeeping, it depends on the girls that come in. They have been on time though."
