"Christina was the best ever Aide - most substitutes didn't do half of what she did for us. I could not have kept my husband at home, had it not been for her personal care as well as all household chores. Best of all, we thought so much of her! I will miss her sorely now that he has passed. She had become part of the family. The staff was always pleasant and responded promptly to any questions I had."

"I have used Care at Home for 4 months. My husband has mobility issues which necessitates help with bathing, dressing, transferring, meal preparation and assorted needs including having a companion when I am away from home. The aides who have come in have been attentive and willing to do anything asked of them including washing clothes, making the bed and preparing his meals as well as providing help with his activities of daily living. This agency has never missed a day of providing help on time. If the scheduled person has a problem they send in a replacement. I am very pleased with the service. I can recommend this agency to new clients and caretakers as well. The staff of the agency is responsive to special requests. They are very caring people."

"Horrible company. Stay far far far away. And if for some reason you do hire them, be sure to have cameras that record everything on your loved ones. Thankfully, we did, and we caught them in so many lies. We also found out that the aide they had taking care of our family member has pending elder abuse chargers. One of the owners of the company (the one we dealt with) knew this as it is her family member. Even the hospital that set them up as a home care agency is cutting ties and will no longer even work with them. Again, stay far far far away!"

"Dependable Health Care Services offer physical therapy. It is a really lousy, badly run agency. The CNA's they send me are worse than useless, and the homemakers are even worse than that. Most of the caregivers are really sloppy. One of the homemakers that came to my apartment sat on my couch for six hours and watched TV, and that was all she did -- she watched movies for the whole six hours that she was here. They never call to let me know if somebody is not coming. I am still using them only because the physical therapist that I've got right now is excellent, and this is the only reason. They need to get intelligent people to work for them and people who actually care about the clients. The ones that I had told me that I would never learn how to walk again; they gave me absolutely no encouragement. The guy I have now, he is very good and encourages me a lot. But the other ones, if they come over here again, I will call the police. They were that bad. "
