"We're using Home Instead Yavapai County for my in-laws. They're doing non-skilled nursing care. They will have them do meals, light housekeeping, help them get up to the bathroom, and help them do ADLs as far as showering and getting ready for the day. Actually, we're working on getting another caregiver in the home. This girl didn't work out. It's nothing personal or anything; it just wasn't what my in-laws needed. However, the people that I've dealt with have been wonderful. They're very helpful and very caring. They're definitely there to help us get what we need for my in-laws."

"Complete Family Care has provided care for both of my parents since December of 2019. If you want a company that you trust , this is the one you’re looking for! The care companions and administrators are very reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. My parents have dementia and they knew exactly how to handle their behavioral issues. Care companions that we have had take care of my parents have developed a relationship with my parents and it is a joy to see. They love my mom and dad and are always so excited to see them. "I had All Ways Caring HomeCare - Prescott, Arizona. They were not good. It wasn't the caregivers, it was the agency itself. The office didn't have it together. It's not good communication wise. I just had problems with them. It wasn't the women they sent at all really. It was not a good service."

"I've been working with ResCare for about 2 years now. The caregiver comes and cleans the house and does things that I can't do like get down on my knees and scrub behind the toilet. I can't lift heavy pans, so she does dishes too for me. She reminds me to take my morning meds and be sure I have plenty to drink. Took me to doctor's appointments and also if I had to go to the lab. I can't get my leg up because I have painful nodules that are growing on the bottom of my feet, so she put lotion in my feet and my hands too. She goes out of her way and beyond what she's required to do. When I had knee replacement surgery she came down to the rehab center and she would visit me and sit with me for an hour or two at a time when she wasn't on duty with other clients. One time I got a phone call my dad was taken to the hospital. She was just finishing her shift and getting ready to leave, and she took me to the hospital and helped make sure I got all the way to the hospital okay and to check on my dad. It's little things like that; the extra things. She goes beyond what she's required to do. "

"I honestly don't know if ABRio's health aides were certified as required by state regulations. The gentleman we had for 2 times said he had a certification but I never saw any kind of that documentation. He was an excellent match for my husband though. Unfortunately, he got into an accident so he only came in twice. The person who did the in-take was a very good person; she was honest and I appreciated her a lot. She assured me she wouldn't send anyone who wasn't certified. I told her we had long-term care and the aide has to be certified. We got another set of people but we weren't very satisfied with them. If we were to use ABRio again, we would want that gentleman again. The agency seemed to have difficulties with their staffing. That person who was doing the in-take had to come out a couple of times to fill in because the gentleman I mentioned about couldn't come and they didn't have anyone else to send. "
