"I'd rate Arcadia Home Care & Staffing - Prescott a ten. They're very good. They do everything that I need them to do. I can't get around and do stuff and the caregiver takes care of everything. They vacuum for us, do dishes, do laundry, wipe down and clean up. My caregiver is an older lady and she's very good. She dresses appropriately, she does whatever I ask her to do, and she's a very nice person. Their scheduling is spot on all the time. They come on time and leave when they're supposed to leave. They come out and do reviews. I just had somebody here this morning doing a review of how their person is doing. Value for money is good. Communication is very good. They're very professional. The person that takes care of us is Diane. She takes down notes, and she's just very nice and very pleasant to be around."

"I've had really good circumstances with Rescare. The care giver is great. I get along fine with her. She helps me with laundry, vacuuming, store and medicine errands. She's always been really good. I don't really have a whole lot confrontation with the office people although they come every 3 or 6 months and do interviews.
