I have Access Care at Home, which comes in once a week. Yesterday was the first time someone showed up. The young lady that came was very nice and very helpful. She came in and asked, 'What do you need?' And that was the first thing she asked, and I appreciate that. In the past, I have had people come in and just kind of take over your house and that's very uncomfortable for me for them to do that. And there's a big difference because she was very respectful of my words. She didn't take over like some of them do. Yesterday, the young lady went shopping for me. She did some light housekeeping, light vacuuming, and mopping in the kitchen and bathroom. She cleaned the bathroom for me, which was nice. She was respectful of the fact that I was doing my own laundry because it's at a level I don't have to bend over. So I appreciate her respecting my freedom to do what I can do because I don't want it taken away from me. They go through my insurance, which is Medicaid. It's the scheduling that needs work because I feel that I need more than what I'm getting. But the communication seems good.
